We'll run the pairings.

HoloDeck tournaments are hosted by approved stores, clubs and community organizers. Players join with a code, play their rounds over webcam or in mixed reality, and report results — standings update on their own.

What you get

Swiss + top cut

Swiss rounds with an optional Top 2, 4 or 8. Best of 1, 3 or 5. A cut needs more players than the cut size.

Automatic pairings

No rematches, byes handled for you, and proper tiebreakers: opponents' match-win %, game-win % and opponents' game-win % (33% floor).

Results you can trust

One player reports, the other confirms. Disputes come to you to settle. Unanswered reports confirm themselves after 10 minutes.

Rated or casual

Choose whether your event counts toward players' Glicko-2 rating for the season.

A page for your event

Each tournament gets its own page with the round timer, pairings and live standings to share with your players.

Free

Hosting is $0 for approved organizers.

How many rounds?

Playing in a tournament?

  1. Get the event code from your organizer and join it from your HoloDeck account.
  2. When a round starts, your table and opponent appear — sit down and play.
  3. Report the score when you finish; your opponent confirms it.
  4. Think a result is wrong? Dispute it and the organizer will settle it.
